15 DIY Home Decor Projects

January 28, 2017

January is usually Home Improvement month in our home. It’s the month that we paint rooms, start a DIY Home Decor project or redo a bathroom.  It gives us something to do during the long winter.  Our schedule is usually pretty low key during January, as well.  Last year and this year we haven’t been able to do our normal projects.    My husband had a hip replaced last January and this February he will have the second one replaced.  I know you’re wondering why right?  He has a genetic disorder where his hips just wear out early.  So at 58 he will have bionic hips, haha 🙂 and should be set for about 30 years.

To keep me from going stir crazy I’m trying to come up with a project or two I can do while I’m home helping him recover.  To do that I’ve gathered 15 DIY Home Decor Projects to spur my creativity.

Another thing you might look at is “brick clips”. They allow you to add a hook on your exterior brick. We mounted a shelf on our back patio to help us organize outside.

    Thank you!
