For my first ornament I took a clear glass ball (boring!) and cut a Nativity scene from my silhouette. I stuck it on the ball and added a ribbon. This would make a great gift for the Sunday School Teacher or Youth Pastor. Just add a tag with the year on it and you are all set with an easy gift. If you don't have a silhouette, use a sticker.
I took a white ornament and punched 2 different sizes of snowflakes. One from a solid card stock and the second one from printed paper. I used a glue stick to attach the two snowflakes together and then hot glued the card stock snowflake to the ornament. I added a piece of ric-rac in a coordinating color
For this one I took an ornament that was in the throw away pile and I cut strips of scrapbooking paper and then modge podged the paper onto the ornament. I punched a small tag and added JOY from scrapbooking stickers and tied a ribbon around it. I hot glued ribbon around the metal piece of the ornament. You could write any word you wanted with the stickers.
For this ornament I painted one that was in the throw away pile. I applied scrapbooking stickers to the the ornament. To add more texture I applied a shape in the middle of the O and hot glued a jewel on it. I then hot glued some ribbon around the metal. You could write anything you want. You could do a monogram and personalize it for someone.
I think this was my favorite! I took a white ornament and got my sharpie markers out and did some doodling. I love how it turned out. I'm going to have to make several more as they will look really nice on my tree. You could do so many things with the sharpies.
Which one is your favorite??
