Tis’ the season for lots of sweets and foods we don’t normally eat. This White Chocolate Merry Munch is one of those sweets! I saw a version of this recipe on 36th Avenue and decided I would try it. I had an abundance of M&M’s left over from my Festive Shortbread recipe so I decided to try M&M’s instead of Sixlets.
Here’s what you need:
10 cups of popped popcorn- I popped our own over the stove, but you could use 2 bags of microwave popcorn
3/4 cup of corn syrup
1/2 bag of marshmallows
1 bag of white chocolate morsels
3 T of butter
1 cup of M&M’s Your choice of flavors.
Pop your popcorn.
In a saucepan melt the butter, add your corn syrup, morsels, marshmallows and bring to a boil.
Pour your M&M’s into the popcorn.
Add your marshmallow mixture to the bowl. Stirring to coat everything.
Lay it out on waxed paper or a paper sack to cool and harden.
I bagged mine up and added one of my cute Made with Love tags. This will make great gifts for the postman, teachers, hostess gift or anyone you want to appreciate!.

Add a Made with Love tag to your goodies.
