Quick & Easy Peppermint Mocha Brownies with Coffee-mate

November 7, 2013 By Barb Camp 26 Comments

It’s getting chilly here in northern Michigan and I’m in need of a something cozy, warm and a fun pick me up! I just ran across Coffee-mate’s Peppermint Mocha coffee creamer and I’m in love. Not only does it taste great, but it smells great and Windows 7 Home Basic Clave it’s just the treat I need to get me in the mood for Christmas.

I got to thinking that it would be fun to use the Peppermint Mocha creamer in a recipe.  I put on my thinking cap and came up with Peppermint Mocha Brownies.  I’ll show you how easy they are to make and not only Windows 7 Professional SP1 Clave easy but they taste sooooo good!
Gather your ingredients.  You will need:
a box of brownie mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup of oil
1/4 cup of Coffee-mate Peppermint Mocha coffee creamer
1 cup of Nestle’s White Chocolate morsels
4 candy canes
1.  Pour your brownie mix into a bowl.  Add your eggs, oil and coffee creamer and mix real well.
2.  Add your Nestle’s white chocolate morsels to the the batter.
3.  Pour into your pans.  These could be done in muffin tins or a 9 x 13 pan.  I chose the mini bread pans because I thought they would make great gifts.
4.  Crush your candy canes in a food chopper or food processor.  Once crushed up sprinkle them on top of the brownie mix.
5.  Bake in a 375 degree oven for @ 30 minutes.
6.  Let cool for about 10 min. and then cut a big hung and grab a cup of coffee and sit in front of the fire and make your Christmas “to do list”.  The Peppermint Mocha will get you in the mood.  Don’t forget to put these Peppermint Mocha Brownies on your gift list.  They will make a great gift for teachers, or the postman, your secretary or a special treat just for your family.

Want more than just Peppermint Mocha? The seasonal flavors you can’t wait for are here. Make the season better with Dark Chocolate Fudge and Eggnog Latte creamer as well. These are only available through December so grab some next time you head to the store.

Coffee-mate is a wonderful addition to seasonally-inspired recipes.

Don’t these two recipes look YUMMY as well??
