I’m excited to share with you a DIY Chalkboard Wall Command Center my daughter Adriane and son in law Bret made.
They took this plain boring wall-
and turned it into this:
I’ll show you how they did it.
DIY Chalkboard Wall Command Center
They taped off and painted the wall with chalkboard paint.
Then seasoned the wall according to these instructions.
The calendar was made from washi tape. They used a laser level to help them get the lines straight. She did say this was the hard part. But look how wonderful it turned out!
I had given Adriane a couple frames that I bought at Michael’s on clearance.
She painted them in a bright pink and orange.
Doesn’t it look really nice?? Much better than what was there. Do you think you’d have enough guts to paint most of a wall with chalkboard paint??
Thanks, Adriane & Bret for sharing your hard work with us today.
Are you looking for a Kitchen command center? Then you’ll want to check out this post:
Here is another project Adriane made using these frames. A Spring Door Hanging.
And here is my Inspirational Gallery Wall and how I used my great clearance frames.
